Founded in 2011, OTT (Zhejiang Tongtao Bearing Co., Ltd.) is a professional bearing manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production, and sales. We specialize in high-precision automotive bearing solutions for global OEM clients across 50+ countries.
With 150 skilled employees including senior engineers, our team operates 24 fully automated production lines achieving an annual capacity of 20 million bearing sets. Product precision consistently reaches P6/P5/P4 grades, meeting the demands of high-end automotive applications.
Our facility spans 15,300 m² of land with 20,000+ m² of modern workshop space in Jiashan, Zhejiang Province. Equipped with international-standard CNC grinding, automated assembly, and comprehensive testing equipment, we deliver quality that meets IATF 16949 automotive industry standards.

Carbonitriding (C-A) Heat Treatment
OTT uses high-purity bearing steel with reduced non-metallic oxide content, combined with our proprietary Carbonitriding heat treatment process. Compared to conventional steel bearings, our C-A treated bearings deliver superior strength and quality uniformity.
